Stock acquisition, maintenance and disposal
Inter Library loans
We can request titles, which are not on our catalogue, from other library authorities using our inter library loan service.
The inter library loan service is available for printed materials, photocopied journal articles and spoken word.
There is a £6 charge for the inter library loan service. This includes a search fee and is non-refundable.
Borrowers are required to sign for each item.

Music score ordering service
This service is available to music groups and for anyone who requires multiple copies of vocal scores or orchestral sets.
Contact Stock Services to place a Music request.
When requesting music please give at least one month’s notice where possible.
Charges for Sets of Music Scores are:
Vocal scores: £10 per 25 for each 3 month period
Orchestral scores: £15 for each 3 month period
