Ross Library and Customer Service Centre
Ross Library and Customer Services Centre has recently undergone an extensive redevelopment. As well as new shelving throughout, the improvements include improved display for CDs, DVDs and Games, a new IT suite, and a specially designed Teenage section. The new Children's area has been designed to reflect the countryside around Ross with a theme of hares and dandelions and a special mention should be made of the new funhouse mirror - parents of a nervous disposition beware, everyone's hips look big in this!
The new Dennis Potter Room houses a gallery, study tables, magazine/newspaper area and quick choice area. It is enclosed by glazed screens to cut down on noise and enable the room to be used as a venue for events when the library is closed. The gallery is available to hire for exhibitions at a cost of £20 p.w.

Despite the upheaval staff managed to keep the service open through all the building work and we would like to thank all our customers for their support and patience during this time.
