You will need a PIN number to access the "My Account" area of the catalogue. To get your PIN Number, please visit your local library .
Click on the my account button at the top of the catalogue page. You will be asked for your library card number, and your PIN number. If you do not know what your PIN number is, please visit your local library. The my account area is the nerve centre of your library account. From here you can see what books you have on loan, and whether any of your free reservations are waiting at a library for you to collect.
To renew your books, click on the box next to the items you would like to renew. Then click the renew loan button. Please note that in some instances you will not be able to renew a book. You can normally renew your books twice without bringing them to the library. If a book has been reserved by another user, you will only be able to renew the book for two days.
YES! simply click on the request button when you have found a book, and follow the instructions on screen. You will need your library card and PIN. For more information contact your local library.

This is a security measure. Details of your individual loans etc are made available for only a short period of time. This prevents someone using the computer after you from altering your account.
If you are using a computer in a library you can ask a member of staff. However, there is also a 'help' button available on the Online Catalogue providing guidance.
