This course is excellent for self development, refreshing your Shiatsu basics or learning new techniques to add to an existing therapeutic bodywork. Even though we will be working on the floor (most of the time) the techniques are easily transferable to a massage table. So think about this course be it for interest, self development or CPD

Artist in Residence Richard Bavin will be working in 7 churches, using charcoal to make large drawings that explore light and dark. Fit 4 Life is a 30 hour course, running every Thursday for 6 weeks. The course is for people who might wish to volunteer or work with children in the future, and focuses on promoting healthy lifestyles for children of primary school age. The course also has a strong element of personal development in order to help with confidence building and motivation in the learners.
