The cultural strategy has been produced to take account of changes in the demand and to reflect the counties ever growing interest in culture. The aim of the Cultural Strategy is to form a framework for future development in culture and leisure as an overarching strategy for the areas of arts, tourism, heritage, libraries, recreational use of the countryside, sport and physical activities'.
