Service Level Agreements

Ten Herefordshire Arts Organisations currently have Service Level Agreements with the Arts Service, they are two-year agreements from 2006 to March 2008. Through the agreements the arts organisations provide services for Herefordshire Council that meet the priorities of Herefordshire’s Cultural Strategy and are all working to achieve the following outcome:

To enhance well being and community cohesion through engagement in cultural activities

Each organisation is also delivering specific work in order to fulfil some of the key themes and impacts listed in the Cultural Strategy. The themes cut across different cultural sectors and cross over with ambitions in the Community Strategy. The organisations have targets to meet and through various means are gathering evidence to help measure the difference their activities and projects make to local people’s lives.
