Service Level Agreements

Nine Herefordshire arts organisations currently have Service Level Agreements with the Arts Service running until the end of March 2010. Organisations were invited to tender for a service level agreement based on the extent to which their work would address the aims within the Herefordshire Community Strategy and the Cultural Strategy.
 
Each organisation has agreed to meet a number of targets and will gather evidence in support of their targets and generally measure the difference their work makes to people’s lives in Herefordshire. All Service Level Agreement clients will also work towards fulfilling a national government measure for the arts which is ‘Engagement in the arts’ (this is one of Herefordshire Council’s performance targets and measures Adults aged 16 and above who either attend an arts event or participate in arts activity at least three times in the past 12 months.)
