1948 And Then?

The Record Office can supply a variety of sources including newspapers and magazines, advertisements, reminiscences, photographs, price lists and Medical Officer of Health reports to illustrate changes in local lifestyles since 1948.

This can be used by teachers to supplement their own material or in a session delivered by Record Office staff. In either case, discussion with the teacher is essential in order to tailor the material to the particular needs of the class.
