Tudor Crime, Wills and Quills
Children will explore transcriptions and original Tudor wills and inventories, using the information to furnish a Tudor house. They will also find out about parchment and ink, then write their own wills or letters using a real goose feather quill, and make a seal. Finally, they will sit on a Tudor jury - hearing real cases from Hereford's past, and punishing the wrongdoers - both rich and poor.
