Record Office Diary

We aim to keep you up to date with all that's happening in the Archive Service, so here's a list of any closures as well as activities and events planned to date: 

Running until February 2012 there will be an exhibition based on the 2011 Archive Awareness Campaign - Culture and Diversity: What's your story? This will celebrate the work of local artists and writers.

January 2012

The Record Office will be open on Saturday 14th January 9.15 - 4.45.

February 2012

The Record Office will be open on Saturday 11th February 9.15 - 4.45.

March 2012

The Record Office will be open on Saturday 10th March 9.15 - 4.45.
We will be attending the Big Event on Saturday 31st March on Castle Green.

April 2012

The Record Office will be open on Saturday 14th April 9.15 - 4.45.
We will be closed on 6th April for Good Friday and on 9th April for Easter Monday.

May 2012

The Record Office will be open on Saturday 12th May 9.15 - 4.45.
We will be closed on 7th May for the May Bank Holiday.

June 2012

The Record Office will be open on Saturday 9th June 9.15 - 4.45.
We will be closed on 4th June for the Spring Bank Holiday, and on 5th June for the Diamond Jubilee Holiday.
We will be attending the Castle Green Fair on Saturday 2nd June.

July 2012

The Record Office will be open on Saturday 14th July 9.15 - 4.45.

August 2012

The Record Office will be open on Saturday 11th August 9.15 - 4.45.
We will be closed on 27th August for the Summer Bank Holiday.

September 2012

The Record Office will be open on Saturday 8th September 9.15 - 4.45.

October 2012

The Record Office will be open on Saturday 13th October 9.15 - 4.45.

November 2012

The Record Office will be open on Saturday 10th November 9.15 - 4.45.
There will be a map and book sale at the Record Office on Saturday 17th November.
We will be closed for stocktaking from Monday 26th November 2012 to Friday 7th December 2012 inclusive. 
We will reopen for our Saturday opening on 8th December.

December 2012

The Record Office will be open on Saturday 8th December 9.15 - 4.45.
We will be closed for stocktaking from Monday 26th November 2012 to Friday 7th December 2012 inclusive. 
We will be closed on 25th and 26th December for Christmas and on 1st January 2013 for New Year's Day.
