Shared Ownership

This scheme works in the same way as the DIYSO scheme.

The main difference being that these properties are either purpose built on new build development sites, or are previous shared ownership properties that have come up for resale. These properties are all advertised through Home Point Herefordshire and if available will be advertised in the free weekly Admag..

If you are interested in purchasing a shared ownership property, you will need to bid for it through Home Point Herefordshire and your details will then be passed to the RSL who owns the property. You do not need to make an application to the Herefordshire Council for these properties; you will deal direct with the RSL, or in some cases the estate agent acting in the sale if Home Point Herefordshire do not receive any bids.
