Letting your residential property

If you are interested in letting your property, the Council's Housing Needs and Development team can provide you with advice and information on the main duties and responsibilities facing landlords.  If you would like an information pack which sets out all of the assistance available to property owners, titled "An Owners Guide - Bringing Empty Properties Back Into Residential Use", email housingdevelopment@herefordshire.gov.uk or telephone (01432) 260269.  The Housing Development team can also provide you with details of reputable local letting agents.
