If you are interested in letting your empty property, the Council's Empty Property Officer can provide you with leaflets and booklets that set out the main duties and responsibilities facing landlords.

The Empty Property Officer currently has the following booklets available on request:

The Housing Act 2004 replaces most of the current legislation Standards for housing conditions and assessment of hazards are currently being introduced.
