Planning - Hereford Enterprise Zone

In this section you can view two documents; the Draft Local Development Order (LDO) and its accompanying Draft Statement of Reasons. The LDO sets out the greater freedoms from formal planning controls on the Hereford Enterprise Zone at Rotherwas. This will encourage and support businesses planning to locate in the area and will benefit the wider economic growth of the county.

Your comments and views on the documents are sought to help finalise the details of the proposed simplified planning regime on the Enterprise Zone.

The consultation runs from 13 February - 12 March 2012.
