Access to Information

Members of the public are able to view planning application files including reports on applications that are delegated to officers. Certain items are not available for the public to see such as confidential and financial information. The Service is keen to make decision making open and transparent. 

The Council has adopted a Code of Conduct on planning matters for Members and Officers, which you can download below.
