Surgeries

A Planning Officer is available to discuss applications and any informal inquiries as follows:

• St. Katherine's, High Street, Ledbury: Tuesdays 10:00 am-1:00 pm
• Corn Square, Leominster: Fridays 9:30 am-12:30 pm
• Swan House, Edde Cross Street, Ross-on-Wye: Thursdays 2:00 pm-4:00 pm

It must be emphasized however that this is a "drop-in" arrangement, with no actual appointment system.

Local planning applications/decision notices are sent to all the above locations for inspection by members of the public. In addition, current applications in Bromyard Town and the parishes of Little Cowarne, Pencombe with Grendon Warren, Felton, Moreton Jefferies, Ocle Pychard, Stoke Lacy and Ullingswick are available for inspection at Bromyard Information Office, 1 Rowberry Street, Bromyard. Likewise applications in Kington Town/Rural and the parishes of Lyonshall, Titley, Brilley, Huntington and Lower Harpton area available for inspection at Kington Centre, 64 Bridge Street, Kington.
