Development Control IntroductionThe Development Control Team makes decisions on planning and related applications for the development and use of land, investigates complaints of unauthorised development and deals with appeals. Herefordshire Council is also the Waste and Mineral Planning Authority.
There are over 19 different types of application which can be submitted under the Planning Acts, therefore if you are at all unsure of which application you need to submit please contact the Planning Officer for advice.
