Minerals and Waste Planning Assessment

The purpose of this study is to provide an assessment of the development requirements for mineral workings and waste facilities up until 2026. The final study document contains appropriate advice and recommendations to enable the Council to develop a robust framework and justified policies and proposals which ensure that sufficient opportunities for the provision of minerals and waste developments are provided within its Local Development Framework (LDF).
