Model Farm Supplementary Planning Document

This development brief outlines the approach that should be taken to the development of Model Farm, Ross-on-Wye for employment purposes. Model Farm has been allocated for employment use under policy E3 of the Herefordshire Unitary Development Plan (UDP). The brief which was adopted by the Council on the 29th of October 2008, will form a material consideration in the determination of any future planning application on the site.
