Consultation Statements and Results

In order to show how consultation has been undertaken within all stages of the Core Strategy's production, Consultation Statements have been produced, in a number of parts, to outline the consultation methods and responses received. This details how consultation has complied with the adopted Statement of Community Involvement and the Town and Country Planning (Local Development) Regulations 2004.

Consultation Statement Part 1 - Highlights the consultation undertaken between May and September 2007 prior to the publication of the Issues Paper.

Consultation Statement Part 2 - Outlines the methods of consultation undertaken between September and November 2007. This period includes the Issues Consultation and reports the responses received from that.

Consultation Statement Part 3 - Describes the consultation methods used during the Developing Options stage (November 2007 - September 2008).

Consultation Statement Part 4 - Details the consultation methods used between September 2008 and March 2010 during the Place Shaping stage and also incorporating the key issues for the Hereford Area Plan and Market Towns and Rural Areas Plan.

Consultation Statement Part 4 Addendum - Details the consultation methods used during the Preferred Options stage (July 2010 - November 2010).

Also in this section are the Results Report and Analysis Schedules for the various consultations undertaken by the Planning Policy Department.
