Proposed Modifications and Adoption

Following consideration of the Inspector's Report, the Council published Proposed Modifications to the UDP in September 2006.  The Proposed Modifications and associated documents, including the Sustainability Appraisal, can be viewed in the Resources box below.

The Council considered representations made to the Proposed Modifications in February 2007 and resolved to adopt the Plan without proposing further modifications.  Relevant documents can be seen below.

The Plan was adopted on the 23rd March 2007 and a copy of the Adoption Notice can be found in the Resources Box below.
