Shobdon Development Brief

Land adjacent to The Birches, Shobdon, Herefordshire, Development Brief

The above site has been allocated for housing and open space development through Policy H5 of the Herefordshire Unitary Development Plan (UDP). The following document sets out the expectations and requirements for the development of the site to deliver housing, new open space provision and other improvements benefiting the local community.

The Development Brief was adopted as a Supplementary Planning Document (SPD) on 25th September 2006.  The SPD was prepared in consultation with the Parish Council and relevant agencies and was open to public consultation.

Final Consultation Report

A requirement of the Town and Country Planning (Local Development) (England Regulations 2004) is that a Consultation Statement is produced setting out how the consultation process for the Development Brief should be undertaken. The final version of this document is available in the resource box below.
