Application numbers explained

The council process in the region of over 4000 applications in a year.  All have their own distinctive application number preceded with area codes:

 DMN - North: Ledbury and Bromyard; Leominster, Kington, Weobley and Mortimer 
 DMS - South: Hereford; Ross and Golden Valley

Each application depending on the type has one of the following suffix codes:

   A Advertisement Consent
   C Conservation Area Consent
   D Demolition
   E Electricity
   F Full
   G Vary/Discharge Obligation
   H Hedgerow Removal
   J Works to Tree Preservation Order
   L Listed Building Consent
   M Minerals
   N Waste
   O Outline
   Q Crown Development
   RM Reserved Matters
   S  Agricultural/Forestry Development
   T Telecommunications
   U CLUED Certificate of Lawfulness for an existing use
   V CLOPD Certificate of Lawfulness for a proposed use
   Z Hazardous Substances
