Annual Monitoring Reports
The regular review and monitoring of development plans through mandatory Annual Monitoring Reports (AMR's) is a fundamental feature of the new planning system.Annual Monitoring Reports are required to assess the implementation of the Local Development Scheme and the extent to which the Council's planning policies are being achieved.
