Evidence Base
A number of background documents are now available to support the Core Strategy including the Herefordshire Strategic Housing Land Availability Assessment (SHLAA). Click on the Evidence Base Link for details.
Local Development Framework
Under the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004 the Herefordshire Unitary Development Plan will eventually be replaced with a collection of documents known as the Local Development Framework.The Local Development Framework (LDF) will consist of:-
- Local Development Scheme
- Statement of Community Involvement
- Development Plan Documents (including Core Strategy)
- Supplementary Planning Documents
- Annual Monitoring Reports
- Sustainability Appraisal
These can be accessed from the menus to the left.
Together these documents will provide the framework for delivering
the spatial planning strategy for Herefordshire.
