Housing advice

Advice is freely available on any aspect of housing, for example:
  • Are you looking for a home?
  • Do you have problems with your landlord?
  • Are you struggling with mortgage repayments?
  • Do you want to move to another area?
  • Is the condition of your home affecting your health?
  • Are you an agricultural worker in a tied tenancy?

We can help to answer any housing-related questions, or we can connect you with other departments or agencies who offer more specialist advice. Please ring to make an appointment.

Telephone calls will be answered Monday to Thursday from 8.45am until 5:15pm, (Friday 8.45am until 4:45pm).
 
If you are homeless due to an emergency situation outside of office hours or at the weekend, please telephone 01432 260000 and you will be directed to the out of hours service.

We also have offices and 'surgeries' in Leominster, Ross-on-Wye, Bromyard and Ledbury. Please contact us on the telephone number above for further details.
