We don’t want you to send important documents like pension books and passports to us in the post. You can take your original documents to any of our offices where they will be copied free of charge and returned to you straight away. Remember we cannot accept photocopies that you have made yourself.
If you are providing a credit card or statement to prove your identity, we will sign a form to say we have seen the item. For your security we will not hold details of your account number.
