If you think that you would qualify for a Blue Badge, then you can call into your local Info in Herefordshire centre. The Customer Services team there will be able to issue forms, give you advice and assess your application. Alternatively, you can either ring for an application form to be sent via post or download the application form and guidance notes from the Resource Box below and send the completed form to the Info Centre most convenient to you.
