Disabilities

There are a number of ways that people with learning and physical disabilities, can be supported. To find out whether you are entitled to help from Social services to manage at home because of a disability or poor health, you can choose between asking Social Services to arrange your care or having the money to make your own arrangements. For further information on how this could work for you visit our My life, my choices pages.

To find out whether you are eligible for help from Social Services contact the Locality Access Point on 01432 347690 to arrange an assessment of need.
