Working in partnership for the people of Herefordshire

I am a service provider

Welcome Provider. The introduction of self directed support under the Personalisation Agenda, will mean that as a provider you will need to become flexible in the way you deliver services.

Whether you support older people, adults with physical or learning disabilities, adults with mental health problems or adults with sensory impairments, as a provider you need to adapt to changes in the market place.

The move from local authority  led services to personalised services, chosen by individual customers, will require providers to look at current business models and strategies.

As a provider you will need to plan flexible ways of providing services which meet the needs of the service user.
