Commissioning Plans

Herefordshire Council, in partnership with Herefordshire PCT, have developed Commissioning Plans for Older People and Learning Disability services.  Further Commissioning Plans (eg. Physical Disability services, Carers) are currently being developed and will appear on this page in due course.
