Use of Personal Information
Statement of Intent
Herefordshire Council will comply with all legislative requirements concerning the use of personal information. It will respect the rights of those persons about whom information is held. Where those rights are in conflict with the rights of others, it will ensure that a proper balance is struck between the competing rights.
All persons using personal information have a responsibility to ensure that it is used correctly. Managers will have a responsibility to ensure that for each process requiring the collection, retention or use of personal information, there will be written procedures and instructions given to staff required to use the information.
We have endeavoured to make the majority of our Corporate Forms, across all departments, available online. This section of the website provides a comprehensive list of all these forms for easy access. Some have also been made available from the relevant section of the website. You can select the department you are interested in from the left hand menu to see what forms have been made available.
All forms are provided in PDF format and require Adobe Acrobat Reader to view them. Information about how to get this free software is provided along with the link below the forms.
