Question:
Is there anything else I should know about hiring space in High Town, Hereford or other market towns?Answer:
All hirers are expected to carry out their own written risk assessment relating to their planned event and provide the council with a copy beforehand.Public liability cover of £5 million (minimum) is also required and we will need to see proof of this in advance too.
Hirers should be aware that we need three weeks notice of a proposed booking to be able to process it in a timely manner.
