Frequently Asked Questions

Question:

I wish to trade as a Pedlar. How do I get a licence for this?

Answer:

A pedlar's licence is issued by the police but remember that if you loiter in one place whilst not making a sale, you will be classed as a static street trader and enforcement action may be taken against you. You should be mobile and not set up a pitch.
