Yes all complaints are taken seriously and fully investigated.
Your initial complaint will be handled if possible by our frontline
teams (Level 0). Call into any

Herefordshire Centre, and our Customer Services team will be
able to help you. If the frontline teams are unable to resolve your
complaint they will refer it to a complaints administrator (Level
1).
The complaints administrator will quickly organise an
investigation into the matter for you and provide you with a
response. We will acknowledge the complaint within two working days
and provide a full response within 10 working
days.
