How do I get help with a boundary dispute or Party Wall dispute?Answer:
Boundaries are shown on a large scale Ordnance Survey plan held by the Land Registry. Each registered title has a title plan. This shows your property's physical rather than legal boundaries.If there is a dispute over the boundary of your property or the Party Wall, the RICS can help and operate a telephone helpline: 0870 333 1600.
