Does all building work require Building Regulation Consent?Answer:
No - some small buildings (e.g. conservatories, sheds & detached garages up to 30sq. m) which meets with certain specific criteria are exempt. Non - structural works are also exempt.For further information see the Building Control and Regulations section of the website.
