Please tell us immediately when your circumstances change, as it will mean we can pay any arrears you may be entitled to, without restriction, and it may minimise the likelihood of an overpayment occurring.

We will pass on any information that will affect your other benefits to the relevant government department for you.

Benefit rules insist that anyone who claims benefit or receives benefit payments has a duty to report all changes that they become aware of. This includes landlords/agents and others who act for customers.
