Do I have to clean up after my dog in a park?

Answer:

Yes, you must clean up after your dog in all of the parks and open spaces in the county as well as anywhere that you take your dog as stated in the Dog Fouling Act 1996. In some of the parks red dog bins are provided for your convenience and there are plans to gradually install new bins at other sites.
