Why have I not received an email after registering my Jobs Online account or when resetting my password?
Answer:
- It can sometimes take between 10 to 15 minutes for an e-mail to be delivered from donotreply@herefordshire.gov.uk containing your new account details or a new password.
- Please check your 'junk' or 'spam' folders as there are circumstances where this e-mail address is regarded as such and is redirected to these folders. Also ensure that your email account filter criteria is not clearing these folders automatically.
