What if I am still not satisfied and I have appealed at all levels of the complaints process?

Answer:

You can contact the Local Government Ombudsman. The Ombudsman is not connected with the Council and is there to investigate your complaints. The service is free and confidential. You can get a leaflet about how to complain to the Ombudsman from any Council office.

You can complain to the Ombudsman at any time but they won't usually start an investigation until we have been given the opportunity to put things right.
