Housing needs

There is an on-going programme of Housing Needs surveys in the villages and smaller settlements. All Housing Needs reports produced since 2002 can be found in the nine resource boxes below, which correspond to the nine localities of Herefordshire. To find out which locality your parish or group parish is in, use the locality search tool. Please note that the areas covered in some surveys can span more than one locality, in such cases the report is included in each of the relevant resource boxes.

NOTE: Between 2007 and April 2010, certain surveys of smaller settlements were carried out by a Rural Housing Enabler, independently of Herefordshire Council, and these reports can be found on the Community First website.
