- Transportation, Herefordshire Council
- Forward Planning, Planning Services, Herefordshire Council
- Development Control, Planning Services, Herefordshire Council
- Environmental Sustainability Unit, Herefordshire Council
- Economic Development, Herefordshire Council
- Herefordshire Primary Care Trust
- Highways Agency
- Environment Agency
It meets from time to time to discuss the current levels and trends associated with pollution within Herefordshire and agrees action planning work.
