Changes not involving a planning application

Generally planning permission is not required when both the present and proposed uses fall within the same Use Class.

The following changes of use are permitted by the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995. If you are in any doubt please speak to your Planning Officer for advice before proceeding.

From: A2 (professional and financial services) when premises has a display window at ground level
To: A1 (shop)

From: Sale of motor vehicles

From: B1 (business) (permission limited to 235 square metres of floor space in the building)
