The management of all schools catering provision to include school meals and sandwich pack service
The management of all food safety/nutritional aspects of school meals
Offers training on basic food hygiene for caterers
Provides nutritional and equipment safety advise
Undertakes annual kitchen condition surveys

Grounds Maintenance

Manages the letting, operation and quality monitoring of grounds maintenance contracts for schools and county buildings
Responsible for ensuring all schools have adequate salt provision during times of bad weather
