Sculpture Exhibitors 2011

Forest of Dean standing stone North, South, East, West

I love stone in its natural form. I search local quarries for interesting pieces of stone & poetry books for words and phrases to carve in to my work. I make standing stones, benches, troughs, lettered pebbles and headstones.

Green Lady

Almost 30 years of passionate forging experience allow Andrew to alchemically transform unyielding metals into his trademark 'growing metal' designs. He captures inspired phrases from the natural world to produce his unique, vibrant, decorative creations

Silver curved vessel

Sculptural metalware etched with wording derived from classical literature, ranging from decorative pieces to functional tableware such as napkin rings and candlesticks, which have inspired a jewellery range of silver with set gemstones.

Couple with bocage

A continuous diary of humour, sentiment and vulnerability illustrating a personal journey that many can identify with.

Claudia Petley and Paul Shepherd

Paul & Claudia's work is hand forged, using traditional techniques to create contemporary ironwork. Work ranges from small interior pieces to large architectural installations. They have been inspired by nature to create a range of garden sculptures.
