If you have an idea for a community project but can’t afford to implement it you could be eligible for benefits of up to 600 pounds.
Community groups in the Ledbury area can now apply for funding from the Market Towns Initiative and The Regeneration Partnership.
The Partnership has secured a pot of money available to support worthy projects and groups from the Ledbury area are encouraged to apply.
Len Huff, Chairman of the Ledbury and Area Regeneration Partnership, said: “This scheme - although only involving small amounts of money - can really make a difference.
“The partnership is committed to the whole of the Ledbury area, not just the town centre, and this scheme goes a small way to show this.”
The scheme is designed to help those groups who traditionally find it hard accessing larger amounts of money by ensuring the application process is simple with a wide eligibility criteria.
Groups can receive up to 75% of the total project costs up to a maximum of 600 pounds.
