The Herefordshire Partnership is holding funding advice and information sessions at Herefordshire libraries, in turn, during the next few months. And now it’s the turn of Kington.
If you are a Herefordshire voluntary or community group with an idea for a project, but no funding to get it off the ground, or an individual seeking funding and you don’t know what grants are available or where to apply, then come along.
The session is being run on a “drop-in” basis, and no appointment is necessary – just turn up on the day for a chat.
Information packs and Herefordshire Funding Directories will be available, together with knowledgeable staff who can give advice. There are hundreds of funding opportunities available – if you know where to look.
Clare Wichbold, Regeneration Coordinator for Project Development, said: “We are really looking forward to this opportunity to make contact with local groups whom we might not have met before.
“We hope that we can help people find their way through the funding maze, and if we can’t, we should know someone who can!”
The session is at Kington Library on Tuesday, June 29, between 1pm and 5.30pm. All are welcome to call in between these times and talk to staff.
