Herefordshire Council is going ahead with plans to introduce a number of Dog Control Orders but has decided, because of public feedback, not to proceed with one type of Order that would have made it a requirement to keep dogs on leads across a wide variety of open spaces in the County.  Instead, that Order will be progressed to cover only council-owned cemeteries.
