Herefordshire Council proudly acknowledges the achievements of one of its employees this week.
Andrew Baker, Assistant Building Surveyor in Property Services, has recently achieved professional Membership of the RICS (The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors).
Andrew, who has worked for the Council for 6 years, obtained a degree in Building Surveying.
He has completed his Assessment of Professional Competence while working for Herefordshire Council.
Andrew Baker said: "Obtaining Chartered status has been my major goal over the past few years and I'd like to thank the Property Services Section of Herefordshire Council for providing me with the breadth of experience required by the RICS.
“I now look forward to my future career as a Chartered Surveyor,” he added.
Colin Birks the Property Services Manager, congratulated Andrew on his success and wished him all the best in his future career as a Chartered Building Surveyor.
