24 November 2008

Herefordshire Council is running a special open day at the Museum Resource and Learning Centre in Friar Street, Hereford, aimed at families wanting to create their own Christmas decorations.

Angels and Stardust is being held on Saturday, December 13 from 11am until 3pm and the fun event will include making angel and stardust decorations.

David Stevens, Herefordshire Council's social history curator, said: "This fun event will also include storytelling and tours around the resource centre.

"Families can also work together to make Christmas decorations plus holders for cards and other hanging decorations," he added.

The event is free and further details are available by calling David Stevens on 01432 383387.
