Herefordshire Council's regulatory committee revoked two premise licences issued under the Gambling Act 2005 at its meeting on Tuesday, November 4.
The licences were revoked because the premises failed to pay the annual fee which became due on September 1, 2008.
Herefordshire Council, as licensing authority, is not required to notify licence holders that the fee has to be paid but reminder letters were sent to all 10 premises and eight have since paid the fees.
The premises to have their licences revoked are:
Adult gaming centre licence:
Symonds Yat Leisure Park, Symonds Yat
Family entertainment centre licence:
Symonds Yat Leisure Park, Symonds Yat
